WizardRPG

This unnamed project of mine has been in development for a bit over a month now so I wanted to get some feedback on the crafting, farming/mining, and inventory management systems in place.

This game is set in a world of wizards were you, the player, are tasked with suppling a local wizarding school with an assortment if items. Players will use their magic to make tasks such as mining, farming, or tree cutting much easier. Using these items, players will craft an assortment of different items such as potions for the school.

There's a ton of work to be done on this game, but I wanted to get more eyes on the project so I can get these systems done before moving on to adding content.

TLDR Controls

• WASD movement
• Left Click resources to farm
• F to interact with crafting stations
• Q to cast spell at enemies (only works if you're in range of enemy)
• E pulls up your inventory
• Key 1-6 selects items on your toolbar
• Left Click to plant seeds (if you're in the greenhouse, must have seeds selected)
• Left Click again on planted seeds to water them
• Right Click on fully grown plants to harvest them (long range harvesting)

Inventory Controls

• Left click to pick items up in your inventory
• Middle Mouse Click to drop one item 
• Left Click in the floating book ui to buy seeds
• Right Click on inventory items while interacting with the floating book to sell items

To farm resources just Left Click on the resource you want to farm

To plant crops, visit the green house, select a seed item with the toolbar (keys 1-6) then Left Click where the soil is. To water you crops, just Left Click once you planted the seed.

If you're close enough to an enemy press Q to unleash a spell on them! The spell will automatically target the enemies.

Visit the mines to farm ore, these will be needed for crafting!

Once you're out of the mines, visit the furnaces to smelt your ore. Smelted ore both increases its value and is used in crafting.

If your crops are finished growing (sparkles when fully grown), simply Right Click on the crop to put it in your inventory.

Once you've gather all your materials, visit the Alchemy Table to craft some potions!

Once you've crafted everything, you're ready to sell! Visit the Floating Book to sell your goods or buy more seeds. Left Click to buy items, Right Click inventory items to sell!
